The role of planning in the Town of Evans has diversified to include issues related to long-term comprehensive planning and zoning, as well as the day-to-day issues associated with growth and development. The Town has adopted a Comprehensive Plan, a local Waterfront Revitalization Program and an Agricultural Protection Plan, and we are working toward the implementation of the recommendations contained in these documents. With the continued support and leadership of Town administrators, we are improving our ability to provide effective planning services to the Town's business community and its residents.

    The Planning Division office staff includes:

      The Town of Evans Planning Board is comprised of seven members who meet monthly, as required, to review project applications for recommendation or approval. Board members include:
