The Town of Evans is considered a Town of first class, which is determined by the population of the Town.

The Town Board consists of an elected Supervisor and two (2) elected Councilmen.

Office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and Wednesday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
